AIRFLARE SESSION

In this 90 minute class, 

We will be working on perfecting The Airflare and expanding on the possibilities with the Airflare. 

Starting out with basics to work on control and form, 

We will then move on to a broad variaty of exercises and challenges with the Airflare and Elbow Airflare. 

This class is perfect for: 

-Anyone stuck on Walk-over Airflare.

-Anyone stuck on 2-3 Airflares.

-Anyone looking to work on Airflare form.

Minimum Requirements:

-Basic powermove skills (Flare, Windmill, Spinning Handstand).

-Strong Handstand control. 

-Walk-ver Airflare experience.
